Q. I have placed an order for samples but they have not been received yet. Where are they?

A. Firstly, please ensure that you have allowed 3 weeks for delivery. If your order is still outstanding, you can phone our fulfilment manager, Peter Findlay, on 0800 845 623 and he will be able to assist you.

Q. Why isn’t my school on the list?

A. There are a few of reasons your school may not be on the list. This list is based on girls only and co-education schools that teach years 7 and 8, as the resources have been developed specifically in line with the curriculum for these years of education. If your school does teach years 7 & 8, it will not be on the list. As we have a limited number of samples to give away, we have not been able to extend this offer to all schools in NZ this year. If you would like to request that your school be added to the list in future please use this Contact Us form.

Q. The resource materials are inappropriate.

A. The materials have been developed with the assistance of conservative teachers with the objective of providing impartial and factual information relevant to the syllabus. If you have suggestions for materials, please feel free to contact us using the Contact Us form.

Q. Why can't my school place an order?

A. Your school might not be on the list, see “Why isn’t my school on the list”. You may have already placed an order and therefore, cannot place another.

Q. I don't agree with the content and think there are much better ideas. How to I put forward a suggestion?

A. We love feedback and working with teachers to develop the best possible curriculum related resource that will provide fun and interactive learning for students is our key objective. Please feel free to forward your suggestions using this Contact Us form.
